The public invite link has not been published yet. When it is, inviting Nila will request the bot and application commands scopes, after which configuration happens inside your server with slash commands.

Until the website dashboard launches, server managers configure Nila with slash commands:

• /tickets — full configuration dashboard: categories, forms, panels, permissions, and review.
• /ticket-setup — guided setup wizard covering the same ground step by step.
• /ticket-panel — panel publishing and management.
• /ticket — daily staff work: queues, claims, notes, statistics, and automation controls.

Sign in with Discord and select a server where your account has Manage Server or Administrator permission. The authenticated dashboard shell is available, but its ticket configuration modules are not connected in this phase. Continue using /tickets in Discord.

Automation stays disabled until a manager switches each part on explicitly. Ticket channels are private to the owner and staff. Publishing a panel and enabling automation always require confirmation.
